Version: 0.4.
Effective date: 10 October 2026
This notice explains browser storage and audience measurement on the RH Finals sites where it is shown. Account authentication, an Arena voting session and website audience measurement are different purposes; their inventories and choices depend on the host and route you visit.
Cookies and similar technologies
A cookie stores a value in your browser for later requests. Local/session storage and other device-access techniques can support similar functions. Some are needed for a function you request; optional measurement or an embedded service can require a separate choice. A technique being cookieless does not alone decide its privacy or consent treatment.
Marketing website storage and video
The rh_locale cookie remembers your selected language for one year on this website.
This website uses audience measurement to understand visits to public pages. It does not use advertising. Measurement events do not include account identities, email addresses or URL parameters.
Embedded videos are provided by YouTube and load only when you choose playback. The provider may use browser storage. You can also open the video directly on YouTube using the external link.
Inventory by site and function
The following storage is operated by us for the indicated website or feature. A row applies only where that feature is available; it does not describe a cross-site visitor identifier.
| Website or feature | Storage | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| Fantasy account access | _rhfantasy_key cookie | Keep you signed in and maintain requested account functions | Up to 400 days, renewed while you use your account |
| RH Stats temporary features | _rh_stats_key cookie | Maintain temporary sessions for requested features, such as voting | Until the browser session ends |
| Fantasy time display | rh_timezone cookie | Use your browser timezone to display dates and times | Until the browser session ends |
| Relevant RH Finals website | Cookie-choice preference storage | Remember whether you accepted or declined optional measurement | Up to 24 months |
Account and temporary-session storage supports requested functions. Cookie-choice storage records your decision and does not itself enable optional measurement. Browser settings can clear storage earlier than the durations shown. Required authentication/security or requested-session storage can operate under its applicable rules. Disabling required storage may prevent the corresponding function; that does not make optional measurement necessary.
Audience measurement
We use limited information about pages, referral sources, browsers, devices and visits to understand website use. Browser- or network-derived identifiers can be pseudonymous.
We do not include email/account identities in audience events, match them to game accounts or use one visitor identifier across different sites/applications. We do not use audience events to build advertising profiles or personalize commercial offers. Audience records are kept for up to 90 days from the event.
We use anonymous statistics to improve our platform. If optional analytics involves personal data, we ask for your permission first.
Optional analytics involving personal data starts only after permission and any required parental authorization. You can decline and later change your choice without losing ordinary browsing. Anonymous statistics also follow applicable device-access rules; anonymity does not itself permit optional storage or access to your device.
We remember cookie choices for up to 24 months. If a saved choice expires, optional measurement stays off until you choose to enable it again. Changes to measurement purposes or providers require a new choice where applicable.
Changing choices and external content
Use the Cookie settings link on the relevant website or contact info@rhfinals.com for the applicable audience controls. Browser settings can remove/block storage, but clearing an Arena cookie does not erase previous server votes automatically. Contact info@rhfinals.com for a rights request rather than sending a session token or password.
External links lead to independent services. Any embedded content or externally loaded assets are identified in the relevant inventory and loaded according to their actual necessity and consent rules. The Privacy policy explains information, recipients, retention and rights across RH Finals, RH Stats and Fantasy.
